Re: Legal Services Proposal (Complaint for Estafa against business partners)

Dear Ms. Jacinto:

This confirms your engagement of our services for the preparation and filing of a
criminal complaint for estafa against your two business partners, in connection
with the money you gave them, intended as capital for the ACE, but was not
infused into the corporation.

Our acceptance fee is Php30,000.00, payable upon signing hereof. We will also
charge an appearance fee of Php3,500.00 per hearing at the prosecutor level.
Other fees such as for preparation of affidavits, mailing and photocopying shall
be billed to you separately.

This arrangement shall govern conduct of the case at the prosecutor/fiscal level.
Should the case be elevated to the regional trial court, that will be subject to a
separate agreement between us.

The principles of attorney-client privilege shall govern this engagement. Rest

assured we will exert all efforts to protect your interests in this matter.
