AFFIDAVIT OF WILLINGNESS TO BE AUDITED

I, DANMER JOAN DE GUZMAN, of legal age, Filipino, single with

residence at 391-C De Castro Compound, Sta. Quiteria, Caloocan City, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. I am one of the incorporators/trustees of “Karapatan ang Itaguyod sa Atin

Livelihood Corporation”, a non-stock and non-profit organization which is
in process of registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC);

2. I, on behalf of “Karapatan ang Itaguyod sa Atin Livelihood Corporation”,

hereby state our willingness to allow the Commission to conduct audit of our
financial books from time to time and authorize the latter to inspect and
examine our corporate and accounting books, records, agreement entered
into, correspondences and all other pertinent documents for the purpose of
compliance of the organization with the existing laws and regulations;

3. I executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever purpose this may serve.
