Based upon a request by AMETEK Ameron LLC/MASS Systems, 4750 Littlejohn St.,
Baldwin Park, CA 91706, United States the following items are classed in accordance
with Section 173.56, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR). A copy of your
application, all supporting documentation and a copy of this approval must be retained
and made available to DOT upon request.

NOTES: This classification is only valid when the power device cartridges are packaged
as follows: Inner Packaging - Bag, static-resistant plastic, with a single Container, not
less than 0.18 inch thick metal wall with four vent holes not less than 3/16 inch diameter
and threaded cap, each containing one article. Intermediate Packaging - cardboard box,
each containing one inner packaging. Outer Packaging - UN 4G fiberboard box, each
containing not more than one hundred and forty-four (144) intermediate packagings
wrapped in plastic bubble sheeting or foamed plastic cushioning material as needed to
prevent movement. This classification is based upon testing which satisfies the UN 6(d)
test criteria.

This approval as revised supersedes all previous versions.
