- Liquid milk: make up the largest portion in total revenue of Vinamilk, has around 10 farms with
Global GAP standard, breed cow imported from Australia, America and New Zealand. “3 NO”
process, provided organic milk, various favor (chocolate, strawberry, orange, … ) for children
Selling amount: 1,520,000 liters per year
- Condensed milk: early appear and have considerable position in the market, high market share
but low growth rate  continue investment but need suitable strategy
