RESEARCH EXPERIECE

Moral judgement on disgust vs. cleanliness priming

• Created a survey, priming participants with either a cleanliness sentence unscrambling task or a
disgust sentence unscrambling task.
• Participants were then given thirteen moral vignettes and asked to rate the vignette on a scale
from one to five; one being morally acceptable, 5 being morally unacceptable.
• Responsible for transferring the disgust priming words of the survey from the words provided
for us from Schnall & Koenig, personal communication (2019).
• Responsible for transferring the data from Qualtrics to SPSS.
• Responsible for implementing exclusion criteria from the data, as well as running an independent
samples t-test with the data.
