CARETAKER AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is made between _______________________, of legal age,

Filipino and resident of _________________________________________ herein
referred to as the “OWNER” and _________________________, of legal age,
Filipino and resident of ______________________________ herein referred to as
“CARETAKER”.

The parties agree as follows:

1. Property Caretaker agrees to monitor the Property located at

_____________________________________________________________________________.

2. Term: This agreement shall commence on _________________ and continue

until terminated by giving at least Thirty (30) days’ notice by either party to
the other party.

3. Guidelines: Caretaker agrees to monitor the Property pursuant to the

terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

A. Caretaker shall stay and live within the said property as long as
permitted by the Owner.
B. Caretaker shall occasionally inspect the Property and check for any signs
of damages, forced entry, or any other condition that may be of concern to
owner.
C. Caretaker shall occupy the Property with his family at all time. Caretaker
is authorized together with his/her family to temporarily reside for the sole
purpose of monitoring property conditions.
E. Caretaker shall maintain a log of any and all activities performed as
required and shall make such log available to the owner or their authorized
representative upon demand. Such log shall include at a minimum the date
of any activity and a description of the findings and activity of the caretaker
during each visit.

5. Payment: Caretaker shall not receive any money for services tendered.

6. Utilities. The Caretaker shall be solely responsible for the payment of

deposits, fees, costs or other charges to be incurred for supplying the
Premises with power, water, telephone, telecommunications, garbage
disposal, and other public services or utilities. Payment shall be made
directly to the company supplying the utility or public service.

7. Cleanliness. The Caretaker shall be responsible for the cleanliness of

the Leased Premises. The Caretaker shall observe all laws, rules and
regulations relative to garbage disposal and the protection of the
environment, and shall pay all fees and dues relative thereto.

8. Inspection. The Owner or his duly authorized representatives shall have

the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable hour of the day provided
that prior notice has been given to the Caretaker;

9. Violation of Provisions. If the Caretaker violate the terms and

conditions of the Agreement, the Owner shall have the right to eject the
Caretaker from the premise.
