a. Customer Need Identification -
Understanding the pain points of the customer/user is the starting point of business. There should be a match
between the product/service features and the customer/user pain points.

b. SAM Identification -
Identifying the customer segment for the product with sufficient data to support the analysis.
The business segment indicated by the customer/user choice should be large enough to sustain the
business.

Assessment Identifying key differentiating factors in comparison to competing product/service. Teams must clearly indicate 15
(5 sub parts) how it is better than existing approaches to solve the same pain point.

d. Understanding of customer & user -


Teams should identify who is their customer & user and explain how will they enable ease of adoption for
both of them
Users refer to people using the product/service, and a customer is one who pays for the product/services.

e. Distribution Channel Identification -


Teams to identify channels to deliver the product/service to the customers/users and envision the issues that
might arise as part of identified delivery channels and share a brief plan to address these

idea/ product with respect to the existing solution

Feasibility Practicality of the idea to be converted into a product in current scenario 5
