    According to AORN “ Surgical Time- Out” brought out the proper time for the

    circulator nurse to announce a time out before surgical incision. About CMT a score
    that direct effect of a time out true score plus error. It is a flaw that researchers
    found the proper sequence of timing out in a perioperative setting is considered
    best practice. Interest as the previous measurement of surgical site errors decreased
    surgical site errors. Nevertheless, the item response CMT uses item differentiated
    between types of error to obtain clarification and understanding of any current
    losses. Polit and Beck (2012), states measurement also makes it possible to obtain
    reasonably precise information.
