COMES NOW, Petitioner, through the undersigned counsel,


unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. Under Section 5, paragraph (4) of A.M. No. 02-11-10-SC,


Petitioner is required to serve a copy of the Petition on the Office of the
Solicitor General and the Office of the City or Provincial Prosecutor,
within five days from the date of its filing and submit to the court, proof
of such service within the same period.

2. That on October 12, 2016, Petitioner filed this case with the
RTC Rosario Batangas Branch 87.

3. In compliance with the said rule, a copy of the Petition is


hereby furnished to the Office of the Solicitor General (“OSG”), which
copy is herewith attached for the OSG.

4. Also, it is manifested that the Office of the Provincial


Prosecutor (“OPP”) is hereby furnished a copy of the Petition, which
copy is herewith attached for the OPP.

WHEREFORE, undersigned counsel hereby manifests that she


has complied with the A.M. No. 02-11-10-SC to furnish a copy of the
Petition to the Office of the Solicitor General and the Office of the
Provincial Prosecutor.

Pursuant to the Provision of Rule 13, Section 11 of the 1997 Rules in


Civil Procedure as Amended, undersigned submits this Explanation
that the service of this Compliance was made to the Office of the
Solicitor General and the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor and the
filing of the same with this Honorable Court are made by Registered
Mail instead of personal service in view of the distance, lack of material
time and manpower to effect personal service.
