Outline of the Day

Setup begins at 10am


- Meet at PRC
● Community sounds be here promptly at 10:15 to set up the stage
● Items will be laid out
○ Cosponsors’ tables
○ Buckets for drinks
○ Table up for food and burners
● DJ OK WILL ARRIVE AT 12 PM SHARP
Every set and Ready by 12:30pm
● OLD N NEW Eboard at their assign positions
● Hosts prep for show {HOST ARE WAWA, ME, CHIJOKE}
● Everything is set up
1pm show time
● Hellos
● Intro of the New BSU eboard
● Mission statement
● Purpose of Unity Day
● Intro of cosponsors and advisors
Acts stages
1-2: poetry/singers
2-4: cultural acts
4:00-5: intermission/Games (that’s if Wiz Khalifa doesn’t confirm)
5-6: Local Group Performances (Wildstyle & Foqus Entertainment)
6-7:Greek Orgs performance
7pm Closing/Goodbyes/Thank Yous
