Motion to Terminate Counsel.

Pursuant To: U.S. Constitution of 1789, Amendment VI.

Comes now Anatoly Mazi Moore-El, An American National, In Propria Persona, Sui Juris, Sui
Heredes, here by Special Appearance, and Herein (Defendant-In Error), and in this court of
record states the Defendant In Error appreciates this court recognizing his Constitutionally
Secured Right by appointing counsel, or stand-by counsel on his behalf, in the above numbered
case. It is further understood, that without this court recognizing the Defendants VI Amendment
Right to Counsel would constitute a Direct Violation of Due Process.

Defendant In Error, Anatoly Mazi Moore-El, Does Not Accept the Appointment of Counsel for
the reasons stated as follows:

1. Defendant In Error, Anatoly Mazi Moore-El, Does Not Accept the Appointment of Court
Appointed Counsel, will not accept the appointment of counsel, & Waives the Full
Benefit.

 2. Defendant In Error, Anatoly Mazi Moore-El, stands on his VI Amendment Right to be
His Own Counsel, Pursuant to his rights secured by the United States Constitution.
Denial of the Defendants right to be his own counsel, would Violate his Constitutionally
Secured Right to Due Process, and Equal Protection of the Laws.
3. Therefore, Court Appointed Counsel is Hereby Terminated.
4. The Defendant In Error, request this court to recognize this Termination of Counsel as
Whole, Complete, and Without Controversy.
5. Defendant In Error, Anatoly Mazi Moore-El, has appointed himself to be his own
counsel, and is ready to proceed with these administrative, and procedural matters may it
please the court.

Wherefore, Defendant In Error, Anatoly Mazi Moore-El, respectfully request this Honorable
Court to recognize his Secured Right to Self-Appointment of Counsel, that it be accepted
both Legally and Lawfully, by this Honorable Court.
