5.4 Depreciation

The Depreciation Method to be applied is the straight line method of depreciation for all

the business equipment and the furniture and fixtures. The annual depreciation will be computed

through; deducting the residual value from the cost of the equipment, then the difference will be

divided by the life of the asset. The residual value of the equipment will be at the discretion of

the owner if he chooses to keep asset as it still shows economic value, sell the asset, and or
