REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE

OF SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM

PETITIONER, through counsel, most respectfully re-

quests for the issuance of a Subpoena Duces Tecum to the
designated official custodian of the CCTV footages in
_________ or his/her official representative to bring the CCTV
footages dated January 1, 2018 only with respect to footages
from 6:00am to 7:00am from the CCTV located at
__________________ on ________ or such date and time this
Honorable Court shall require.

Said footages from the CCTV prove the material allega-

tions in the petition i.e. respondent caused a scene in the
school canteen and forcibly took their youngest child to get
him onboard his vehicle in view of the public especially the pe-
titioner and their children.
