Part 1:

The memo has some bad and some good aspects. The things I felt like is good is that it is well
organized with all the headings for the content indicated. In it, the writer clearly mentions whom
the memo is for and who send it to that person. The memo has reasons for the documents
mentioned in it. Also, the memo can be selectively read to understand the gist of it. The ideas in
the memo appear in a logical way.
The things that seemed more unprofessional is that it has a long subject. The subject seems to be
explaining all the content in the memo. It would have been better if the subject was a little short.
The second thing that might be an issue is that the use of abbreviation BE in the first without any
introduction. If the document was to be read by someone else who was not a part of Bradshaw
Engineering the person would definitely be confused by it. Correcting these two issues would
make the document seem better professionally.

Part 2:
Both the documents have certain similar and some different parts in it. The similarities include
the arrangement of pictures and text throughout the document. The topics of the text are same
with some changes regarding the audience of the document. The content is also same for two of
the topics and has a similar meaning text in the third one but different due to difference in
audience. The difference is that one is addressed to parents and the other is addressed to the
employees which makes certain changes in the content of the text body. The one addressed to
parents have pictures of parents making their children wash hands or washing hands with them
while the other one addressed to employees have pictures of just hands being washed.
The writers have used the same content with just small changes regarding the audience to which
the poster is directed towards. There are some exactly same words in certain topics whereas
some others added or deducted accordingly in the last one. I like the fact that there is information
distributed throughout the document but if I had to make certain change in it I would make
certain important points bold so that people can get the main idea without going through the
whole document.
