    Abstract

    Public service of the government apparatus that is excellent for the community is a
    necessity realized as stated in the decree of MPR No. XI / MPR 1998 concerning state apparatus
    that is free of KKN. but the reality on the ground is that the performance of the government
    apparatus is not optimal in its public services. it is proven that there are still many complaints,
    complaints, officials who are still corrupt, immoral acts and others that do not reflect as good
    officers.

    This is a product of the results of general tertiary education which only prioritizes
    general courses without being accompanied by solid Islamic knowledge. This is the output of
    graduates from secular tertiary institutions, so that corrupt officials are not accountable and
    responsibility for reality in society is formed which only concerned with personal interests.
    This is the result of a wrong education process. Education that only prioritizes general lecture
    material will give birth to results that have a secular character that is separating world life from
    religion. so there is no fear and responsibility before Allah SWT. later.

    The supervisory function that runs is only a formality, fear when monitored, carelessly
    oversaw and there is an opportunity for deviation, then he did it because of the thin values of
    the God knows of God as the superintendent of humans.So the solution is with a course that
    integrates general sciences and religious sciences that are framed with Tahuidullah in the
    concept of revelation guiding knowledge in the form of faith, science and good deeds. the
    concept of revelation guides knowledge applied in the course Government Performance
    Apparatus in Public Services.

    Hope graduates from the Department of Public Administration FISIP UIN have an
    integrated understanding of science, so that it serves as a government apparatus that is not
    corrupt, has moral responsibility in excellent public service.
