Greetings!

This is to express my desire to apply to your Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and
Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) with the preferred course of Bachelor of Science in
Legal Management.

I am Billynda Gracia E. Pensader, 33 years old and a resident of Daleon Compound, Brgy.
11, Lucena City. I am a Caregiver short course graduate of St. Anne College and an
undergraduate student of Sacred Heart College, both in Lucena City. At present, I am
Administrative Aide III at the City General Services Office .

As my first exposure to public administration, I was employed since July 2010 at the
Sangguniang Panglungsod under the administration of then Lucena City Vice Mayor
Roderick A. Alcala. I was especially impressed that, despite of office’s nature as
legislative branch, there remains much to learn about public service, most especially
about helping the poorest of the poor. After some time, I became acquainted with various
sectors of society, their issues and concerns that should be the leaders’ utmost priorities.

I want to study under the ETEAAP program and focus on public administration because
that allows me to combine both my interests in learning more about administration and
governance.

I want to study at Enverga University because of your outstanding educational system,

focus on gathering relevant work experience and your excellent facilities. From speaking
with students and professors from your university and other universities, I am confident
of my decision. With many distinguished people as professors, I know that I will gain
expert knowledge at the forefront of public administration.

Given the opportunity to fill the slot for the said program, I am most willing to learn and gain
knowledge for further improving the delivery of public service to the people of Lucena City
