A Resolution Appointing Local Youth Ambassador

Resolution appointing MR. MARK DON VICTOR BENITEZ ALCALA as the LOCAL
YOUTH AMBASSADOR by the Board of Directors of the Local Youth Development Office.

WHEREAS, Mr. Rick Anthony Misiera Federation President of 4H Club motioned the
nomination of Mr. Mark Don Victor B. Alcala to be the Local Youth Ambassador of the Local
Youth Development Office, and was seconded unanimously in the meeting held on
___________ in_____________;

WHEREAS, Mr. Alcala upholds the characteristics of being an ambassador for he has shown an
exemplary performance in academics and extra- curricular activities, and set example in helping
and promulgating actions for social and community development in the city;

WHEREAS, the council hereby resolved the nomination made by Mr. Misiera to appoint Mr.
Alcala to be the youth ambassador.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this

resolution was passed and will take effect immediately.
