This is to express my strong interest in the posted vacancy I have seen in the CagayanPIO
website.
I wish to apply for the position of Administrative Officer V (Supply Officer III) in
your good office. I am fully equipped with trainings and experiences in this work field. I
acquired two years of experience in the Cagayan State University – Andrews Campus in
Bids and Awards Committee, where they conduct all the public biddings in the eight campuses
of the said university, encountered technical works and critical decision making which help me
grow and became adept.
The training I attained comes from RA 9184 or Government Procurement Reform Act
which is the policy board in the government, and accomplished the Procurement Specialist
Level 1 Course, and waiting for the opening of the 2nd level. I am competent that I am fit for this
job, if you will let me have this opportunity; I assure you that you may experience quality of
work beyond my expertise.
