To whom it may concern,

Given that we haven’t received the service we are paying for a monthly of 1899 php for the
MyBusiness Globe internet account 886484540, 5 Mbps and 10 GB per day allocation. I would
like to TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT this account indefinitely until the upgrade for site is
done or the service in our area is fully restored. Our area has 3 bands, 3, 40 and 41, but on
January 18, 2021, band 3 has been removed which is the direct connection of our internet. We
don’t have an internet connection from 7 am up until 12 midnight.
Line was restored a week after but same thing happened last February 01, 2021. The Field
Officer
Of Surigao del Sur and Surigao del Norte informed me that there is a problem with the
equipment in the cell tower and it will take days because equipment is ordered abroad.
Hope You understand our situation.
