    1.) Please be informed that classes this afternoon is temporarily suspended due to the
    conduct of household survey relative to the conduct of SIP preliminary annexes.

    2.) Respective assigned teachers by Purok is reflected in the attached sheet. Members
    shall join their purok assignment with the group leader.

    3.) Please observe official time in conducting the survey as scheduled.

    4.) Wide and immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
