Narrative Report on the Conduct of Simulation Activities Regarding Protocols and

Routines for Face-to-Face Classes

S.Y. 2021-2022

After our faculty meeting, held last January 7, 2022, our school head Mr. Freddie Q.
Maglasang, assisted by our school planning Mrs. Angelita C. Azarcon, has assigned teachers
who will handle the conduct of dry-run, and who will be the process observers. Assigned
teachers were tasked to communicate with the student’s parents and guardians, informing
them that they have been chosen to participate in the dry-run and updating them of
announcements and preparations. Teachers were also assigned to manage students for the
possible scenarios to be given to the participants.

The school has scheduled an orientation for the upcoming implementation of the dry-
run on January 20, 2022. The orientation started at 8:00 AM and ended at 8: 30 AM. The
attendees are comprised of the faculty and the students who were chosen to be part of the dry-
run.

The initial result of the dry run was very inspiring. Learners who participated the
activity were seemed to be very excited of the scenarios of face-to-face class in the new
norms of education. The dry-run session was recorded through video by on of the teachers,
Mr. Angelo Gabriel C. Aboloc. He was the one assigned for the documentation of the whole
activity. The recording was started at 8:45 AM and lasted an hour.

It was a successful flow of activity because everyone had participated according to the
tasks assigned to them.

Narrative Report on Handwashing and Toothbrushing Activities

S.Y. 2021-2022

The world’s chaotic environment has impacts on learners particularly on health and
academic performance that trapped in a cycle of disease and poverty.

In full cooperation and support of school’s personnel and stakeholder, Carmen

Integrated School had prioritized the proper hygiene of the students, especially in this chronic
crisis that the world is experiencing. Since this virus is transmittable, the school must ensure
the health of every learner. We don’t want any risk of every child in our care, so the school is
looking forward in raising awareness of learners’ health education. As such, the school had
scheduled a supervised handwashing and toothbrushing activities through a school
memorandum.

It is stated in the school memorandum no. 007 s. 2022 dated on January 7, 2022, that;

1. there will be a regular conduct of handwashing and toothbrushing activities every

first Monday of the month; and

2. the WINS coordinator shall supervise the said activity

From the support of Deped, the students were provided with their own toothbrush,
toothpaste and hand soap. The adviser reminded all the learners to bring with them their
hygiene kit at all times especially when they attend to school.

The handwashing and toothbrushing activity should be done when they enter the
school. It is essential that they can have their sanitation frequently, inside or outside the
school premises, as long as they are inside the premises to avoid the risks of chronic virus.

Health is wealth. Maintaining our physical and mental health will make us wealthier
among the rests.

During all stages of the school reopening lifecycle, systems can
implement health, safety, and resurgence policies to protect the health and
safety of students and employees, as well as plans for future resurgence. It
includes an overview of the need for health, safety, and resurgence protocols
as countries begin reopening schools while the virus is still circulating, a
strategy for systems to put in place adequate health and safety measures
while planning for a possible resurgence necessitating swift action to re-close
schools, and a checklist of actions to take.

the foundation for future assumptions. While much has been learnt from
previous epidemics, much remains unknown about COVID-19, and there will

Stakeholders’ Re-Orientation on Measures Needed for the Reopening of the

School Resurgences and Lockdown
(Accomplishment Report)

While schools throughout the world have reopened or expect to reopen, many are
still closed because to COVID-19. The pandemic's second and third waves are expected,
and some countries are already seeing an increase in the number of cases when
confinement restrictions are relaxed.

Effective safe reopening based on solid health safety and resurgence processes
need a good collection of prior experiences that can serve as the foundation for the
assumption’s future. While much has been learned from previous epidemics, much remains
unknown about COVID-19, and there will be multiple possible scenarios for a safe outbreak
reopening. The key problem will be defining the necessary health safety and resuscitation
measures, especially for school institutions with low resources, which will be exacerbated by
a health-care system that is overburdened.

The Carmen Integrated School held a re-orientation on the teaching-learning

component as part of its preparations for the implementation of limited face-to-face lessons
on January 19, 2022 which was participated by the school personnel and stakeholders.

This LAC Session objective was to re-orient stakeholders on the Measures Needed
for the Reopening of the School Resurgences and Lockdown. This activity served as the
guide for the option needed to implement in times of high risk during the limited face-to-face
classes.

The session was started at 8 am sharp, started with the attendance checking by Mrs
Jessa C. Pia. The next flow of the program was the opening through opening prayer and
national anthem via multimedia presentation. Next was the welcome greetings coming from
the school head, Mr. Freddie Q. Maglasang. Then, was the statement of purpose and the
introduction of the participants. At exactly 9 am, Mrs. Maralie R. Dela Pena had rendered
her discussion on Stakeholder’s Re-orientation Measures Needed for the Reopening of the
School Resurgences and Lockdown. The participant had giving questions and making
suggestions about the matter. Before ending the orientation, everything was first clarified
and explained through a forum led by Mrs. Angelita C. Azarcon. Afterward, was the closing
program led by Jessa C. Pia with the nationalistic song, impressions, awarding of the
certificates and closing prayer.
