I understand that you are in need of Accounting Services. CYP ACCOUNTING, TAXATION, MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT
SERVICES would like to extend my expertise to assist you to legally utilize/manage your financial resources in the most
productive way possible, to effect, I propose to provide the following services:

 Quarterly Preparation of Percentage Tax Returns


 Quarterly preparation of Income Tax Returns
 Preparation and Monitoring of Books of Accounts

My goal is to provide you with peace of mind, by minimizing your tax exposure while adhering to all government tax
laws.

The aforementioned services are covered by a monthly economical retainer’s fee of One Thousand Pesos only (P 1,000.00)
payable on a monthly basis from the date the engagement has been signed. However, fees do not include out of pocket
expenses, which will be billed as incurred. In case that you may require other related services to enjoy comfort and convenience
but not limited to, other related business registrations and licenses processing and payments remittance, preparation and filing
of annual income tax return and audited financial statements, consultancy, trainings, installation of accounting software, etc.),
the same will be billed separately, to wit:

 BIR registration/renewal/updating fees ……………... P 1,500.00 (all-in; fees, books, etc.)


 Business Permit Renewal ……………………………………. P 2,500.00
 AITR annual filing to BIR with AFS……...................... P 5,000.00 (excluding income taxes) – with income below 10 Million
Pesos Plus P 10,000.00 for income 10 Million Pesos and more.
