17. In a sociotechnical perspective, the performance of a system is optimized when
both the technology and the organization mutually adjust to one another until a

18. Website is a browser-based way of accessing internet content. It can be display
both on desktop or mobile. Unlike responsive/ websites, which you can reach via
browsers, mobile applications must be downloaded from specific portals such as
the Google Play Market, App Store, or other market depending on the type of
operation system. But when it comes to specific business needs, there are common
scenarios when building an application is the best solution. For instance, if you
plan on setting up features linked to native device functionality, like GPS, click-to-
call, cameras, or scanners, then an application will be more effective than a
website. When you need to process complex calculations and build reports, such as
in investment and banking, then it's also better to use an app. For banking
operations and services, a mobile app may work as a great addition to a complete
website. However, to sum up, If I am the CEO of the company, I think we should
build both web-based and mobile application since firstly the reason is that some
users still browse the web to access something quickly. Moreover, it is a great first
step to boost and support the mobile marketing campaign. As a mobile website is
superior to a mobile application in matters of compatibility, accessibility, and
maintenance, it is a great first step to boost and support your mobile marketing
campaign. And the another reason to build both is that mobile application is for
those users who prefer more stable app that also feature a lot more function.

20. Supply Chain Management Systems (SCM) enable companies to ensure the
business has the materials, information and financial resources it needs to produce
quality goods and services in a timely manner. By coordinating the flow of work
from merchants to manufacturers and then from distributors to retailers, effective
supply management techniques reduce inventory and ensure product availability
when required, whereas Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) are
used to ensure parts and service get to customers when needed after sales are
completed by automating business processes used for sales, service and support.
These two have a close relationship with each other because when SCM are
operated effectively and there are enough resources and efficiency, CRM will be
getting quicker to serve the customers with effective product. So the better the
Supply Chain Management Systems the better Customer Relationship
Management.
