INTRODUCTION TO ZAREE
Zaree was established on 19th February 2015. Zaree is a cloth manufacturer they
collect their raw materials like different types of fabric and embroidery materials
from different parts of India. Zaree Trends deal with various types of products
like women and men suits, Saree, Lehenga, Kurti, Serwani, Indo Western wear.
Zaree has deals with many clothing brands such as “W”, Aurela, Raisin, R.E.
and many more. Along with their deal with these brands Zaree also takes a
selective design and claims them as their original design and then labelling them
as their Unique Selling Proposition or USP. They also customise apparels for
particular design provided they have the availability of the specified materials
needed to make the products.

ZEVER & GEMS PVT LTD

The parent company in the beginning of the year 2006, they felt the necessity of
opening an Exclusive BIS certified Hallmark GOLD & DIAMOND Jewellery.
They installed Gold Check Karotometer machine to test the quality of Gold.
These two factors helped them win the Trust and Confidence of the people
which resulted in the opening of their second showroom at Bisra Road, Rourkela
in the year 2009.

ZAREE KIDS
During the year 2016, they felt that there is a need of an exclusive KID's wear
showroom so in the year 2017 we came up with ZAREE KIDS. Apart from our
selective range of Kids collection (including infant collection) they also have the
reputed national brands like Peppermint, Tiny girl, Chase, Little blossom, B2
Jeans and Charchit etc.

MORVI
It is a luxuries interior hardware showroom that deals with tiles, sanitary ware,
stones, plywood's, wellness, bath fittings, etc.

1. BIOMETRIC SYSTEM
Zaree uses a biometric system to keep track of staff attendance. The biometric
system is accurate tracking solution: Humans are prone to errors and errors in
attendance can be costly to companies. Biometric Machines eliminate the
inaccuracies in tracking attendance. It is impossible to forge or duplicate the
attributes of these machines. Save the precious time of employers that are
required to manage the attendance manually. The total time of their staffs are
calculated automatically based on the clock-in and clock-out time. An Admin
can download the attendance report of any staff and view it.

2. KARNI POS SOFTWARE

Zaree uses Karni Garments POS Software system. It presents an intelligent point
of sale for faster checkout, smart inventory and purchase management, effective
loyalty programs that boost sales, discounts and promotions to liquidate stock,
financial accounts to keep a balance between receivables and payables, and
analysis reports to understand and transform according to varying trends
It also keeps your inventory balance sheet healthy by an easy capture of product
the barcode using a portable device (PDT) and comparing it later with your
computer stock to crease out the discrepancies. It is accredited by successful
owners and managers of profitable EBO (exclusive brand outlet), MBO (multi-
brand outlet), factory outlets, fashion boutiques and department stores.

ENTITY RELATIONSHIP DIAGRAM
An ER diagram shows the relationship among entity sets. An entity set is a
group of similar entities and these entities can have attributes. In terms of
DBMS, an entity is a table or attribute of a table in database, so by showing
relationship among tables and their attributes, ER diagram shows the complete
logical structure of a database. Let’s have a look at a simple ER diagram of
Zaree business.
DATA FLOW DIAGRAM
A data-flow is a path for data to move from one part of the information system
to another. A process receives input data and produces output with a different
content or form. Data flow diagrams are used to graphically represent the flow
of data in a business information system. DFD describes the processes that are
involved in a system to transfer data from the input to the file storage and reports
generation. DFD graphically representing the functions, or processes, which
capture, manipulate, store, and distribute data between a system and its
environment and between components of a system. The visual representation
makes it a good communication tool between User and System designer.

Work culture
 They basically prefer their former staffs that are experienced and
trustworthy.
 In case of new recruitment of staff they are selected on basis of their
experience in sales.
 They do not have any separate designation for employees or staff
management system. Rather they consider all staffs as their sales
representatives.
 They have their own garment maker for different sections who use the
collected fabric stones and other materials and turn them into master
piece.

FUTURE VISION
They aim to expand their range of products across countries.
 To launch their own clothing brand under the name of “ZAREE”.
 Positioning their Franchise in the Multinational Market.
 To launch their fully functional website.

faster and safer sharing of data within the business.

CONCLUSION
Zaree is already a successful business that has many showrooms in different
market sector like different clothing, jewellery, etc. But as the world is moving
towards more online lifestyle Zaree lacks any form of online business structure
to conduct business. And its increase in their online presence can help them
expand faster.
