 Paplo User Interface- in nutshell

As physical binders are converted to Paplo Digital Binders, your storage space requirement
shrinks, and available working space grows. Binders no longer occupy physical space
but are available to the organization at a mouse click. Many associates could now
have simultaneous “managed” access to Binders. Few mouse clicks are involved
in making copy of pages, adding pages, moving pages, adding notes,
extracting relevant information and searching the Binders. Paplo has a tabbed interface. Search tab lists the Binders and allows you to create New Binder, Open
Existing Binder, Delete Binder and Search Binders for text. You can open up to ten different Binders at
a time. Access to Binders is “managed” - different users could open the same Binder simultaneously.
1-2-3 of Paplo Platform Implementation Binder owners could Check-out a binder for managing contents and Check-in again.

Take one physical binder at a time according to your migration plan. Have its pages
scanned as PDF file. You may create one or more PDF files in the process. Verify the pages
of these PDF files - for duplicate or missing scans. Missing pages may be scanned now
