In furtherance of my consent to par cipate in the Event (Devils Circuit), I agree to and undertake the
following as directed by the Company (Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd):

a) The running bib & band allo ed to me by the organizers is non-transferable, unless routed
through the organisers.

b) I hereby acknowledge that I understand the nature of the Event and am aware of the risks
involved in par cipa ng in this Event. I understand and hereby acknowledge that I have
carefully reviewed, read and understood the direc ves, recommenda ons and the terms
and condi ons provided by the Company for par cipa ng in the Event, through its website,
social media handles, mailers and communica ons sent by email etc. I am aware and
understand that the Company has not given any warran es (expressed or implied) about,
including but not limited to, the safety and fitness of use of the goods, equipment and
obstacles being used for the event and that any warranty in this regard has been disclaimed.

c) I accept that taking part in this event contains certain inherent risks. I agree to par cipate in
the Event en rely at my own risk and accept that the event organizers are not liable to me
for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury or accidents which may arise during the course
of the event, in any manner whatsoever. I will par cipate in the Event with care and
a en on and abide by the instruc ons of the Company, its personnel and any other
authorised representa ve designated by the Company. I remain solely responsible for my
own property and ac ons.

d) I understand the importance of in ma ng the Company of any medical or special needs

which may restrict my par cipa on in the Event. I confirm that I have no such medical or
special needs and am fully capable of par cipa ng in the Event.

e) I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condi on, which may in any way
interfere with my ability to par cipate in the Event and my par cipa on in the Event will not
affect my good health and well-being.

f) The Company or any of its affiliates, contractors or sponsors of the Event, will not be
responsible for my death or any loss, injury or damage which I may sustain during the Event.

g) If at any point during the Event or a er the Event, I require urgent medical treatment, I give
my permission to the paramedics/medical authori es to administer such emergency
treatment, including administering anaesthe c, as they may consider necessary in such
circumstances.
h) I accept that the organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of my personal
belongings whether inside and outside the venue during the event.

i) At any point during the run, if it is found that I have transferred my allo ed Bib to
another/unregistered runner, both I and the person running on my bib will be liable to
disqualifica on from the event & shall be evicted from the track. Also, in such a case I will
be liable to take complete & total responsibility of any unforeseen injury or mishap to the
unauthorized par cipant who runs in my place.

j) I am 18 years or above in age and I am fully competent to understand this consent form; and
I and my successors and assigns or any person claiming under me agree with and undertake
the above. For a par cipant of age 16-18 years, Guardians consent is compulsory and
consequently, my guardian/parent has countersigned this form

k) I understand that any and all photographs, mo on pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of
me captured during the event, its affiliated en es or contractors, and/or the media become
the sole property of Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd. I grant the right, permission and
authority to Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd and its designees to use my name and any such
photographs, mo on pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for any legi mate purpose,
including but not limited to promo ng, adver sing, and marke ng ac vi es, in perpetuity. I
further understand that Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd and its designees have the full right to
sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, mo on pictures, recordings
and/or likenesses.

l) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volano Entertainment Pvt Ltd for any losses, claims,
damages, costs suffered by it as a consequence of relying upon my above statements.

m) I understand & agree that the Company would not be held responsible for damage or loss of
any valuables which I may bring to the event.

n) I understand that I am under no obliga on to a empt any obstacle I find challenging. I may
miss as many obstacles as I like and I understand that this will not hamper my ge ng the
medal at the finish line

o) I understand and agree that the Company reserves the right to decline to accept or retain
me in the Event at any me should my ac ons or general behaviour impede the opera on of
the Event or be detrimental to the rights or welfare of the Event, any person or me. Similarly,
if my conduct violates any policy or procedure of the Event, I understand that I may be
required to leave the Event at the sole discre on of the Company.

p) The right is reserved by the Company, in its sole discre on, to cancel the Event or any aspect
thereof if the Company determines that any person is or will be in danger if the event or any
aspect thereof is con nued.

q) This undertaking cum Indemnity Bond shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdic on of the
courts of Delhi.

I hereby agree to all the above men oned condi ons.
