Today’s Meeting Minutes of BAF:

1. Veranda Drainage needs to be shown in the drawing. 1.25” pipe would be enough.
2. AC water Drainage also needs to be shown on the drawing. Pipe must be concealed on front
side.
3. AC indoor & outdoor location changed and the update drawing would have to be provided to
client ASAP
4. Several switch boards & power sockets location were changed by client.
5. Washing M/C, Freeze etc. placements were changed.
6. There would be some interior work for AC (Client)
7. No need of water hammer as already shown in the previous drawing.
8. Some details drawing asked by client on Lift area (Architect).
9. Fire hose cabinet was placed on electrical duct.
