Showering Unconditional Care . . .
I saw a poor lady in a share-auto-rickshaw with a 3 yr-
old child who had a bleeding syringe-wound. She told
me that, as she didn’t have further money to treat her
baby, the hospital turned her sick-baby out, half-way
through medical treatment.
These poor ignorant people wait till sickness develops
into complications. Then they rush to hospital. Reason?
They can’t afford… Their illiterate husbands drink
and waste money but neglect their helpless wife’s
plea for a doctor. And these are left uncared for.
We enjoy best medical care. Take so many tablets,
syrups; then throw them out. It dawned upon me, why I
shouldn’t start a free clinic for the poor. We can collect
and utilize all the unused medicines…
A few friends supported me… I started a Free Clinic for
the poor. I hired an MBBS doctor, ( a fresh MBBS Grad,
preparing for her PG - entr. ) for Rs. 3000 a month for 2
hrs a day ( 6 to 8 pm ), a qualified Nurse for Rs. 1200/-
p.m. and rent Rs. 800/- p.m. for a single room. Since I &
my wife were both working at Hyderabad, I was
confidently carrying it on with excellent moral support
from my wife and a few friends, who would now and then
visit the free clinic, speak with me, share my burden and
strengthen me… Some of them gave chairs, table, basic
med. equipment; medicines, syringes and so on.
I used to collect unused tablets, half-used cough syrup
bottles,
paracetamol
syr. bottles,
old tonic
bottles from
students,
teachers,
friends,
enemies,
relatives and
bring them to
the clinic for
the poor!

and still do not have spects…
I freed these poor people from
such constant inconvenience with
Free Spectacles…
With the help of a friend of mine
working in HelpAge India !

making a difference !

care in close vicinity to their hutments. I, my doctor and
the nurse have even brought about-to-die poor people
back to life SAFELY FROM THE JAWS OF DEATH.
