Problem: Calculation of Electricity Payments

PLN applies payment for housing electricity by calculating as follows:
- For group 1 the rate: Rp. 1000 / kWh
- For group 2 the rate: Rp. 2000 / kWh
The calculation requirements:
The minimum payment is 100 kWh,whereas for the usage of 1000 kWh and so on the rate
is added by 10% of the total payment.
How much if one of the customer is group 2 and uses 1100kWh

TelU mall applies the first hourly parking rate of 2000, the next hourly rate is
1000, the maximum parking rate per day is 20000. How much does Rino have to pay if
he parks his vehicle for 15 hours

TelU applies the calculation of salary per week (5 working days) as follows:
- Manager: 200k / hour
- Assistant manager: 150k / hour
Daily working hours are 8 hours
If labour working for more than 8 hours, the overtime calculation is 100k / hour
Calculate Roni's weekly salary if he is a manager and works 47 hours
