    To: Ms. Elma F. Pedregosa,

    I am allowing my children Rafael B. Docena & Sophia Loraine B.


    Docena to join the Saint Claire Intramurals on January 20, 2018 and January 27, 2018.
    We know that our children are physically fit and has no Asthma as alleged by you. You
    have no basis because the school has not conducted a Medical or Physical Examination
    to prove that they are suffering from that ailment. You may have other reasons for
    barring Rafael & Sophia to join the Intramurals but the reason is not Asthma. Rest
    assured the school will not be responsible for whatever odd circumstances that may
    happen in the course of the sports competition.
