Active and passive voice

The active voice and the passive voice are two different ways of
expressing the same situation, focusing it from different perspectives.
The active voice focuses on the person responsible of the action. On
the other hand, in the passive voice, more importance is given to the
action, and not to the person who made it.

The passive voice is formed with the verb "to be" and the past
participle of the verb.

Subject + auxiliary verb "to be" + past participle

Example:

 Jhon built the house - active voice

 The house was built by Jhon - passive voice

When we want to talk about the person doing the action in the
passive voice, we will need the preposition "by" in front of the passive
subject. Example:

 We were questioned by the police.

 The letter will be written by the manager.
Conjuctions

Conjunctions are used to link words and sentences together.

There are two types of conjunctions and three forms of conjunctions.

The most common conjunctions are "and," "but" and "or".

Ex.:
