Reflection

In task 3, I had choose and read two articles based on the theme which is
diverse culture. I learned to select and identify the main ideas, supporting details and
examples through the long articles, then highlight them using different colour of
highlight pen. After that, I had selected two reading strategies which is summarising
and cause and effect. I drew the graphic organizers by using computer.

In task 4, I had to face one of my biggest fears, writing. I have never been very
good at writing, but I do think this course helped me out a lot. I learned that write
coherently various text types of essay. I learned that if you follow the formats for the
assignment, the writing portion is not that hard. I've always been really bad with
grammar for as long as I can remember. However, I tried to apply the correct use of
grammar, sentences types and mood about education issues that I learned in the
class.
