SUBJECT: BAN ON TRANSFER

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to convey that

the Competent Authority has been pleased to impose complete ban upon all kinds

of transfers in Primary & Secondary Healthcare Depratment, with effect from 9th

July, 2019 to 9th September, 2019. He has further been pleased to desire that the
concerned Offices shall finalize / dispose of the under-process transfer cases well

before 09th July, 2019 and no case of transfer shall be entertained thereafter.

2. I am further directed to request that the above-mentioned instructions

of the Competent Authority may be adhered to by all concerned in letter and spirit

and a report in this regard be submitted to this department by within a week

positively.
