am pursuing LL.B. from Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Law College, Lucknow which is

affiliated with University of Lucknow.

2. It is well known that University of Lucknow prescribed the criteria of 75% attendance for

appearing in the term end examination of the said course. However, I am here to seek

exemption from this criteria.

3. Due to personal compelling circumstances, I was not able to cross the barrier of 75%

attendance which is held to be primary criteria for attending the term end examination.
4. I am here to beg the authority of University of Lucknow to kindly grant me permission

for appearing in the term end examination and waive off the attendance criteria.
 5. I hereby solemnly aver and undertake that the decision of University of Lucknow will be
