The movie Ralph Breaks the Internet is more than just humor and cartoon. It showcases
life lessons and reality. In the movie, the internet was being depicted as something anyone could
access. It is vast for you can find almost anything with just a click. Of course, it has its dark sides
as well as seen in the movie. I think every scene in the movie is amazing but one of the scenes that
struck me the most is when Ralph made a new race course for Venellope to try which causes the
game to malfunction. This indicates that doing something inappropriate will lead us to something
dreadful. Also, the scene wherein Ralph reading hate comments which can be classified as cyber
bullying is so heartbreaking given that Ralph has insecurities. The movie made me realize that the
internet could be too overwhelming once you gain access to it. You will be exposed to different
vices like overspending, cyber bullying, and the like. Moreover, the movie did not lack in giving
life lessons. It motivates me to be more careful and become media literate. With all of this, I could
say living without the internet is very hard. In my personal experience, I could not live a day
without it because as a millennial I depend almost everything in the internet. The internet is indeed
a great invention but users must know the limitations and proper use.
