Introduction
Egg as we all know is rich in protein so how can we make our simple
boiled eggs into a perfect one. We had an activity last July about
boiling the eggs in different times. How can the time affect the
texture of an egg in boiling it. In this report we will find out what
is the difference between 6 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes, 12
minutes, and 14 minutes egg.

Procedure
We ready first our utensils and equipment and boiled the water.

After the water was boiled, with the help of


T. Maricar we put the egg to the boiling water
and we start our timer

After 6 minutes we remove the egg from


the boiling water. We put it in the tap
water and let it sit for 1 minute

After 8 minutes we remove the egg from the


boiling water. We put it in the tap water and
let it sit for 1 minute
After 10 minutes we remove the egg from
the boiling water. We put it in the tap water
and let it sit for 1 minute

After 12 minutes we remove the egg from the


boiling . We put it in the tap water and let it sit
for 1 minute

After 14 minutes we remove the egg from


the boiling water. We put it in the tap water
and let it sit for 1 minute

Differences of Eggs Boiled in Different Time

This is the 6 minutes egg. The yolk’s


texture of this egg is liquid but the egg
white is still firm
This is the 8 minutes egg. The
yolk’s texture of this egg is soft and
it has liquid but the egg white is still
firm

This is the 10 minutes egg. The yolk’s


texture of this egg is much more solid but it
still has liquid but the egg white is still firm

This is the 12 minutes egg. The yolk’s


texture of this egg is solid not totally hard
boiled.

This is the 14 minutes egg. The yolk’s


texture of this egg is hard boiled. This is
the perfect hard boiled
We learn new things
in this activity. It
help us to make a
good and delicious
egg. For us we like
the 8 minutes egg
much better because
the texture of it is
perfect
