I have the honor to submit that I have posted as medical officer (BPS-17) at Peoples medical college
hospital Nawabshah. Currently I have been doing my post graduate training in MS-UROLOGY at Peoples
medical college hospital Nawabshah for 1 and half year (01-01-2018) and my remaining training is 3 and half
year.

It is therefore requested that kindly allow me for continuing my remaining training 3 and half year in
department of urology at Peoples medical college hospital Nawabshah
