3. Three or Four sharpened No. 2 or HB pencils with good erasers
4. Transparent plastic envelope or transparent bag for personal valuables and other allowable items
The PhiLSAT Certificate of Eligibility shall be withheld indefinitely on failure to submit or present any of the above identification

Any examinee found in possession of or using any of the above prohibited items shall be dismissed from the testing room. The Test
Administrator shall not be held responsible or accountable for any item that will be lost before, during, or after the test. Deposit
booths are not available in the test centers.

Wear proper dress code (smart casual) and in a manner that enables you to adapt to any room temperature. No break time and no
eating inside the testing room. Smoking is not permitted.

Unlawful taking of test materials is a criminal offense and punishable by law.
