Topic: To research about the ethical
leadership of middle level managers
in Domino’s.

Review of literature: There have

been many researches and articles on
ethical leadership. I am going to watch the
interview of Apple’s CEO Tim Cook on
‘Ethical Leadership' and the interview of
former public protector, Thuli
Madonsela, who spoke about the
ethical leadership of South Africa’s
president Cyril Ramaphosa. I am
going to read an article about ethical
leadership which was published in 2018 in
Forbes magazine.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
I am going to use both primary as well
as secondary sources. I will go
through interviews of some top level
managers, great leaders and articles in
magazines. I will personally visit the
nearest branch of Domino’s to know how
the middle level managers use
their ethical leadership to manage the
organisation and increase it’s
productivity.
OBJECTIVES : 1) To study the
ethical leadership of leaders and how they
handle an organisation.
2) To study the working of such a huge
organisation and how do so many
branches are operated.
3) To know the origin of such successful
organisation and the Organisational
Behaviour which they follow.
