Hectronic has been a dependable supplier of autofuel terminals in BayWa's
public network of autofuel filling stations for years, supplying to about 100 of
the filling stations. In the course of the planned refurbishments to the filling
stations, BayWa conducted an intensive analysis of autofuel terminal
manufacturers in 2012. - The analysis revealed the impressive efficiency of
Hectronic's HecStar autofuel terminal, which prompted BayWa to opt for
Hectronic again. The filling stations were refitted with HecStar terminals in the
third quarter of 2012. The refit and startup were carried out quickly and hitch-
free together with the sales partner, which meant that the stations were up and
running again in little time. That mattered greatly to the company. Therefore, it
was also full of praise for ght GmbH, Hectronic's sales partner, for ensuring that
the roll-out went so well.
As a result of the roll-out, the filling stations satisfy the latest guidelines for
cashless payments, PCI and EMV.
