    • Removable media includes: USBs, CDs,
    DVDs, & Memory cards

    • If you find a USB or other suspicious


    technology in the parking lot, DO NOT
    PLUG IT INTO A MACHINE. Make sure to
    report it to technology

    • Any use of removable media must be


    approved by an officer of Delta Dental

    • If you lose removable media with


    confidential information, report it to
    Compliance
