SINCE LEAVING THE CLASSROOM


◼ Resigned from teaching September 2015 to stay at home with my daughter
◼ When I resigned from teaching, I transitioned from a full-time teacher and part-time virtual health
coach to a full-time stay-at-home mom and work-from-home virtual health coach.
◼ My mission is to help women realize their greater potential through fitness from anywhere,
simplified nutrition, and accountability for success by creating personal growth plans and coaching
them through them. I also mentor other women to do what I do.
◼ I am still a teacher – just with different “students,” a different “classroom,” and a different
“curriculum.”
