INTRODUCTION

Depression is likely to strike many people to some degree in their lifetime.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 9.1 percent of people

reported current major or minor depression. If you or someone you know is depressed,

it can cause a marked drop in interest in pursuing life to the fullest, and can,

unfortunately, drive a person to attempt suicide if left untreated.

Depression really can affect the standard of a person, especially to the students,

it drives away their focus and mood in class, and mostly don’t want to interact with

others or their classmates. Although depression is more apparent in females, the

disease does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, or any other

demographics, having depression can also affect your body like, increase the risk of

having heart disease, chronic pain, insomnia, headache, fatigue.

Depression must be taken seriously or prevent from having it, because this may

be seen only on few people but it is really life threatening if it not to be taken or handle,

this may be the reason of the increased rate percentage of attempting suicide in this

past days, years. And may lead to the highest percentage of death on the way.
