I am writing to formally endorse the application for leave of absence of Rio Jane Dapar Amplayo, a
Secondary School Teacher I of New Visayas National High School. The said leave of absence is
scheduled on November 13 through November 18, 2019 for personal foreign travels particularly in
Hongkong. Upon her return and as promised, she will resume her duty on November 19, 2019 in the
institution.

Also, as per agreed, the said employee will be discussing and coordinating with her colleagues who will
take over the classes for 4 days and cover her workload in her absence.

I know her to be a legitimate teaching entity and I can personally vouch for her reliability and
dependability in teaching expertise.
