1. Strategy Role in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Organization for


atleast 2 years

2. Strategy Role in Manufacturing Organization / Fabrication Set-up for atleast 2 years

3. Associate Consultant / Consultant / Sr. Consultant in Strategy Consulting Organization


/ Consulting Organization having worked with organizations operating in EPC Space /
Construction in sectors such as Oil & Gas Marketing Companies / Railways / Mining and
Metals / Power
B.Tech + PGDM / MBA OR CA + PGDM / MBA
Strategy
Kolkata (Based out of Head Office - Kolkata)
Director (Based out of Head Office - Kolkata)
New Business Development, Business and Financial Modelling, Internal Consulting,
Operational Excellence Initiatives, Industry and Competitor Landscapping
1. Lead creation of Short Term and Long Term Business Plans as well as Annual
Operating Plans (AOP)s
2. Conduct Feasibility studies for CAPEX Investments / New Ventures as well as advise
the management team on new business areas that should be explored
3. Carry out, on a regular basis, Business Performance Analysis as directed by the
Management and help the organization re-calibrate the business plan and support
subsequent development of Mitigation / Catch up plans
4. Attend Seminars and Knowledge sessions on behalf of the organization to form
holistic opinions of the sectors in which the organization is operating it
5. Carry out on an annual basis Sectorial Analysis, Competitor and Industry
Landscapping and benchmarking
6. Program Manager for Operational Excellence initatives as directed by Management
from time to time
7. Provide Inputs to the Business Development team regarding Implementation and
Action plan for GTM Strategy of the New Business Areas through Primary or Secondary
Research
8. Provide Timely MIS to Track Key Measurement Parameters of the Organization
9. Lead Development of Organizational Balanced Scorecard and facilitate the HR team
to ensure cascading the same to various departments
10. Help Business Development team in updating key Marketing collaterals on time to
time basis
