Job Purpose:
DreamFolks is looking for an experienced strategy manager to shape our organization's short and long-term strategy
and develop measures that realize our business objectives. The strategy manager will be tasked with assessing
organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational
effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. You should be familiar with business operations and
demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Duties & Responsibilities

 Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, ratio analysis and underlying valuation principals, ability
to connect financial performance to valuations with a flair for numbers and fair knowledge of equity markets
to generate compelling insights and equity story with a focus on 'so-what'
 Candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, and team player skills; ability to handle
multiple tasks and work under pressure
 Build and implement the annual operating plan
 Prepare monthly Comprehensive Finance Docket for the business lines and identify pockets of improvement
from a financial and operational standpoint and effectively communicate the same to the senior management
for action
 Coordinate across all departments to set-up the systems required for understanding and reporting the key
business metrics of the company / business lines
 Predictive Analysis, Ratio analysis, external benchmarking within the same Sector / Industry and need based
advanced analytics. Proactively use benchmarking to ensure resources are optimized and BAU operations are
managed tightly
 Work closely with the accounting and control teams to track the business against projections made in the
business plan
 Supports quarterly, monthly, mid-monthly management reporting
 Analyse current and past trends in operating expenses and publish dashboards for various stakeholders.
 Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
 Assist the team with market and industry research for business development related activities
 Assist in developing valuation models capturing and analysing key assumptions to arrive at the target initial
value

Work Experience & Qualification

 Should be an MBA from a reputed college with 5+ years of experience working in the corporate
finance/business strategy/investor relations roles
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong acumen with Data accuracy & analytical skills
 Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required
 Should have relevant experience in top consulting companies, investment banking firms, investors relations
department of listed entities, strategy department of large companies
