Minimum 20+ years of experience in delivery management / IT, managing large programs,
Requirement customer relationship management, operational excellence, and possessing the
drive to execute growth strategies for Delivery Units. MBA preferred.
20+ years of experience with a strong Sales background & thought leadership,
B.E., MBA (should also possess business acumen along with some domain know-
how)

Role Summary To lead the business at Persistent by effective strategic planning, investment,
business compositions, partnerships, enabling business growth, enabling sales
alongside the sales head with clients, and developing leaders in order to deliver
world class services/technology solutions to customers within the guidelines,
processes and norms at the PSL level and cascaded to BU level, as well as P&L
management.
To strategize, plan & implement overall Sales for the LoB at global level, streamline
the sales function, build right team & sales capability to achieve Revenue/Top line,
margin & customer satisfaction based on the Sales Target planned.

Summary of Create Business Strategy and Mission: Build Vision, Mission & overall
Roles & Organization strategy. Align internal stakeholders around strategic vision. Oversee
Responsibilities farming of critical accounts, focus on large deals, foster executive relationships and
collaboration within business units for cross-selling. Contribute to knowledge
development in practices. Develop and sell high-margin solutions, open new logos

Customer Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales & Delivery team to provide

Establish and execute a governance plan to pro-actively understand client
expectations and get periodic feedback from relevant stakeholders.
Global level Sales Strategy: Develop overall Group level plans and strategies for
developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals & unit’s revenue
goals (focusing on Farming & Mining and Hunting). Strategize to identify the right
prospective customers to align with business. Develop overall Sales strategies and
action plans for hunting & farming purpose (Geo wise & Customer Wise), getting it
from Sales Heads
Sales Excellence: Defining & institutionalizing sales excellence process, analytics

decisions based on the weekly reports analysis of sales and delivery organizations

Chief Delivery Officer

Role Summary Lead Persistent through technology and business transitions with innovative digital
transformation solutions and value-based engagement models. Establish the

enterprise information systems to meet the objectives of Effectiveness,
Economy and Business Continuity. Provide systems and assistance to
business units and Functions to optimize consumption of IT resources.

Security Operations, Compliance and Governance framework for the

Compliance. In collaboration with the enterprise Risk function, ensure
proper assessment, modelling, building of remediation plan and allocation
of resources for minimizing enterprise risk in the Information Security

Role Summary To lead the legal team and run the function in a cost effective, timely, and
responsive manner as per the organizational requirement in close coordination
with General Counsel to handle various legal matters within the compliance
