Statement of purpose

Introduction

I am very thankful for providing me this opportunity and it is with sincere sense of
gratification that I pen down statement of purpose. Pursuit of knowledge has always been my
obsession and the propelling force behind all my achievements. My decision to perceive
graduate study blends harmoniously with my eventual objective of taking nursing profession. I
have completed my bachelors of Nursing and masters in advanced nursing with intense urge to
delve into challenging field and my keen interest in the ever growing world motivated me to
take nursing.

In my opinion, Nursing is a career where the training never really ends. It is also a high
demanding career which brings a new set of challenge to the table every day. However it also
comes with several rewards sense of job satisfaction.

While I was growing up, I became witness to the development of my own fathers nursing
care. In so many ways nursing has inspire me. I have seen all the hard work as well as the effort
during the care of my father. Nursing is a selflessness and commitment of making a difference
in the lives of many people and families. I believe that a nurse, in general, represents the entire
health service industry.
