commercial featuring Chacha made Camella Homes
famous. Chacha is a cute little girl who thinks that they
are still living in their old tiny house, where she can’t
stretch her body, but realizes that they are indeed already
ad. The commercial jingle “bulilit, bulilit” became
famous among Filipino children.

McDonald's - Tuloy Pa Rin (2016)
A story of a girl on her journey towards moving on with
her ex. She went back to their usual place. She picks up
her order, and finds every table taken, except the one
where they had the conversation that broke her heart. A
sharp pang of pain hits her as she remembered how
much he tried to avert her gaze, how he resisted her
touch when she begged him to stay. The thought of
sitting on the same spot was daunting, but she continued
to walk towards it, smiling. She knows she’ll eventually
move on, leave everything behind, and welcome the
change that is for the better.

Pabaon Sa Buhay from Safeguard(2018)
Safeguard had us all in tears when they released this ad
about the first Aeta graduate from the University of the
Philippines, Norman King. The commercial focuses on
his story growing up and going to school as someone
who was raised a bit differently than everyone else—and
by the end, we’re reminded that that’s not necessarily a
bad thing. BRB, wiping away our tears.
