Job Description

The Opportunity

ZE PowerGroup Inc. is a software company located in Richmond, BC. Our ZEMA suite of software is an
award-winning data management and analysis software that provide clients with powerful capabilities
for data collection, process automation, and business intelligence. We are looking for someone with
marketing design and production experience to join the marketing team. If you are a professional who is

Responsibilities

 Photo/Video/Audio Design & Production

o Design, record, edit, develop special effects and produce corporate and interactive
videos using After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, Flash and other software needed
for video and sound production

o Design and produce multimedia-based layouts, graphics, digital animation, and/or


content for websites, presentations, videos, online tutorials, and other media

o Take, edit, and manipulate photos; maintain and organize production file archives.

 Web Development

o Web design (scripting and programming), SEO, web marketing

Requirements

 Degree in multimedia arts, new media design, web development, or a related field

 3+ years of web and graphic design and development, video production

 Experience in the design, development, and creation of interactive video-based multimedia;


video shooting and editing experience using After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro and Flash

 Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other software to develop multimedia projects

 Proficient in HTML/HTML5 and WordPress

 Social Media experience

 Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and time management skills

 Ability to multitask and function with minimal supervision

 Illustrate an interest in producing highest quality materials at all level of development

 Ability to work in a team environment and understand the importance of open communication

We are looking for an experienced Front End / Full Stack Web Engineer who will work with our partner,
Epic Games, building their websites. And yes! They’re the publisher of the popular game Fortnite.

You need to keep up with the progress of modern Web technologies like Node.js, React, ES6 and SASS,
learn new things as soon as they come, be proactive and have an attitude and willingness to make things
better using your knowledge, skills, curiosity and "spider sense".
You will be working in an engineering-oriented fast-paced environment, with minimal management and
detailed task definition. You need to be a self-starter and be excel at making your own decisions and
organizing your work according to the declared goals.

We are looking for multiple people and consider different levels of seniority.

We consider both permanent employment and contracts; remote or on-site at our office in Burnaby, BC.

REQUIREMENTS

 At least 3 years of Web Front End development experience; more experienced candidates are
welcome

 Strong knowledge of React/Redux architecture

We are hiring multiple game testers to test product features and fulfill the needs of the QA and
development teams. The Development Support staff works with the relevant Development group and
the QA game team. Also, a Development Support is responsible for communicating with development
partners and creating test plans to locate issues and ensure that the product meets the product owner’s
expectations. Typically, day-to-day tasks can include bug database maintenance, reporting and
attending meetings/scrums. Development Support involves becoming a knowledge base for the product
area and the ability to understand the ins-and-outs of how a feature should work, and launching it on
time with fewest issues possible.

Requirements

 Coordinate test efforts and take on test requests from Developers/Software Engineers.

 Reporting on sprints to developers, with complete and concise messages

 Key contributor for test planning, test case creation and bug estimates, etc.
